Your fob is used to access your Validator safe as an administrator or as a CIT provider. If you lose your fob, you can do one of the following:

  • Contact our service team and order a replacement fob. You will need to provide your user ID and security question. The replacement fob will deactivate the lost fob and prevent unauthorized access to your safe.
  • Use the Validator Portal to issue a temporary code that will be used instead of the fob. You will need to log in to your account on validatorportal.com and select the option to generate a temporary code. The code can be used instead of a FOB for a period of up to 24 hours.
